. 4 garlic cloves
. 1/4 cup olive oil
. 3 tablespoons lemon juice
. 3 tablespoons tahini
. 1 tablespoon cumin
. 1 teaspoon salt
. 2 tablespoons water
1. Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
2. For thinner consistency, add more water or chick pea liquid.
3. Serve with New York Style Pita Chips.
