Mitoku Organic Kuzu is naturally derived from the root of one of Japan's most vigorous wild plants using an age-old traditional process thta takes over 90 days.The result is a superior thickening agent with a delightfully smooth texture.
Use Mitoku Organic Kuzu to thicken soups, sweet and savory sauces, glazes puddings and pie fillings.
To use, crush Kuzu and dissolve in an equal amount of cold water (or any other cold liquid). Add other ingredients while stirring briskly. Stir constantly until Kuzu thickens and becomes translucent then gently simmer for 1-2 minutes. One TB Kuzu will thicken one cupe of liquid.
