Mild Curry powder.
A blend of cumin, chilli, fennel and other seasonings. The finest spices for you to use in Indian dishes. Alternatively, use it to boost the flavour of other dishes.
Recipe: Chicken Korma
1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of butter in a pan, add 2 cloves of crushed garlic, 1 tsp of chopped ginger, 2 chopped onions and fry for 15-20 minutes until soft and golden brown.
2. Add 4 tbsp of Sharwoods Mild Curry Powder to coat the onion mix and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add 3 chicken breasts (diced) and fry for a further 5 minutes.
3. Add 1 cup of single cream and simmer for 20 minutes or until meat is fully cooked then serve. Serve with rice and for the full-on Indian experience, Sharwood's flame-baked Naans and Mango Chutney on the side.
